Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I bought new windshield wipers for my car and had them installed. Anthony did a great job. He was knowledgeable about my car and friendly and polite. The service was done quickly, and I was out of there within an hour. The wipers were overpriced but the labor was free.

I went there last month and had a great experience. Everyone treated me very well, and the staff was friendly and professional. They did a great job with my car, and I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

If you are a woman do NOT come here. I came here due to having an issue with my seat belt, I was not 100% sure they would be able to do anything and I was totally prepared but I made the appointment just in case they could do anything. When I came in for the appointment all I said was seat belt and the older man I was talking to stopped listening. He became incredibly condescending to me telling me about all the reasons they couldn’t do it when all I asked for was a quote nothing more. He could’ve simply said “I’m so sorry but we don’t do seat belt repairs” and I would’ve happily left. Instead he treated me like I was dumb and turned me away a minute after getting there. Truly if you wanted to be treated with respect, go somewhere else.

I walked in without an appointment with concerns over my tire going flat was told it would be an hour or more. I stayed to wait for work to be completed and in half the time I was notified that my tire was all set. I checked out and everything was taken care of it was the easiest and fastest experience getting my car looked at that I have ever gone through and I appreciate it so much because I had a nail in my Tire and with the impending storm coming, it was really great to have it all taken care of in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much.
